Stephen was extremely professional. He let me know of his arrival a day in advance and an hour's notice before he turned up. Explained the issue, did the fix and helped with additional advice on another issue as well. RapidFix Heating LtdHeating Engineer in Bridge Of WeirRating: 3.9 out of 5 3.959 reviewsUnfortunately my experience wasn't good at all.The engineer Mr Mukesh came at the time agreed, stayed 6mins,checking what he needed ( a TRV for the radiator) now I understand that he brought a standard 15mm and not 8mm valve needed, but he charged me 65£ per 6mins of his time, just checking what he needed plus another 75£ in case I would go ahead with the job, 65£ sent on his bank account without any invoice also? Brilliant job! I needed two radiators changed and one removed and capped at short notice. Mark was quick to respond and answered all my questions. He was on time and done a great job. If you are looking for a reliable plumber who knows exactly what they are doing then Mark is the guy!
