Whilst replacing my two old wall heaters they discovered a couple of gas leaks - it took a couple of visits but they managed to find the leaks and repair them. We are very happy with the work done and the help they gave us to solve the problems.

Great from start to finish. James called Sunday morning and I explained the disaster I had putting a drill bit through the main supply pipe. Cadent had capped off at the meter the night before. He came out at the agreed time and explained everything clearly. He got to work on the pipe, clearing the area around the pipe. He removed a small section of the plaster, but kept this to a minimum to not cause extensive damage. He replaced the damaged section and restored the gas from the meter. Everything was checked for safety, and he ensured that both the boiler and hob were fully operational. He also gave me a gas safety certificate for the house. The price was competitive, he was responsive. He left the house clean and tidy. Was professional and chatty. I would have no hesitation to use James again or recommend him to others.
