The estimate we were provided with was a very reasonable price. We had to wait several months for work to commence. However, this is only to be expected given the company are very much in demand for their services. We were provided with a start date as soon as we accepted the estimate. The start date provided was accurate, even though it was several months off. It did not slip and work was started on time. The quality of the job was excellent. We were very pleased with the result. It was completed ahead of time and was under the estimate price. Shieldwall Outdoors have completed a fantastic transformation of my outdoor space. Both Simon and Lee have done a brilliant job under difficult circumstances, and I can highly recommend them to you. From the outset they were responsive, answered all my questions, and delivered a quotation promptly as promised. They were reliable, trustworthy and communicative throughout the process. Shieldwall provided a visual 3D CAD design, which enabled me to see the finished version, and I was able to make changes based on the drawings. They were willing to discuss options and we had communication at key milestones, as promised. Shieldwall ripped out my old decking, removed rotten fencing, replaced with new fencing and privacy screening, levelled out old lawn, laid top soil and new lawn, provided new borders and built decorative structures into the borders. It looks amazing and has completely transformed my outdoor space. Key factors for choosing Shieldwall was their willingness to answer all my questions, their respectfulness to my home and the safety of my dog. As a woman living on my own, it was important to feel comfortable with them, and I can honestly say it was pleasure to have them both on-site. I highly recommend Shieldwall Outdoors to you, and I shall be requesting their return soon for future work!
