Paul and his team completed a range of jobs on one of my properties: - DPC to single interior wall - Exterior render painting - Bathroom replacement including tiling and fitting of new suite - Upstairs W/C replacement & new external pipe work - New Fascia, Soffet & Dry Verge system Paul is a very friendly and very helpful builder. He has a professional team of builders that he uses for different trades on his projects, and manages those projects himself. It took slightly longer than planned to complete the works due to some unforeseen circumstances Paul couldn't influence, which may have led to some of the finishing touches being a little rushed, however, Paul kindly offered to discount the cost of the works due to those delays as a good will gesture and overall I am happy with the finish of the work that Paul and his team have done.
