During my career I have had the pleasure of working on Heritage buildings such as medieval churches, castles and old properties as well as new builds. I take great pride in the work I do which I have done for the past 40 years making sure the customer gets the best quality possible and not taking any short cuts to achieve this. I am as accurate as possible when estimating the work but as we all know this isn't always possible and unforseen work on occasions arise which are spoken about to potential clients and rectified and not just covered up and potentially causing more damage. I have excellent communication skills with clients during the process of the works, ensuring they are fully informed of all aspects throughout from the start until completion of the project.

Had Indian Stone replace a 30m2 area in our back garden. Reece and the other guys did a good job. Fence done, membrane and slates put down. Though I would not use them again due to the following reasons: 1. keith became rude to us after the power cord we left out broke. Me and my husband were at work when they were there, so no one could answer or open the garage door. Started blaming us that we were delaying all other jobs. 2. The week after the power incident, we made sure one of us was always at home so no more problems would occur. When we emailed them if they were not turning up again the next day, keith started blaming us that it was not their problem that they did not turn up today and that because of the power incident, we delayed them with other jobs. Never told us what days they were actually coming. 3. When they were almost completing the job, Keith added an additional cost which was not discussed beforehand. But we just paid it because we had enough arguing already.
