All works on quote finished to a very high standard. Really pleased I hired Phil. Responsive to enquiries throughout and prompt arrival on site. Very pleased with my decision to appoint James Naisbett of HS Building & Landscaping to undertake my building projects. Two projects now completed to a high standard and to my entire satisfaction. During my career I have had the pleasure of working on Heritage buildings such as medieval churches, castles and old properties as well as new builds. I take great pride in the work I do which I have done for the past 40 years making sure the customer gets the best quality possible and not taking any short cuts to achieve this. I am as accurate as possible when estimating the work but as we all know this isn't always possible and unforseen work on occasions arise which are spoken about to potential clients and rectified and not just covered up and potentially causing more damage. I have excellent communication skills with clients during the process of the works, ensuring they are fully informed of all aspects throughout from the start until completion of the project.
Very pleased with Steve’s work. Tidy meticulous and very professional. Would highly recommend. Patio and brickwork looks great!

Very thorough and patient throughout the quoting process. His personal workmanship was excellent, time keeping spot on and working areas left very clean everyday through the project.
