Fantastic job. I wanted my front lawn replaced. I explained to Martin what I was looking for and he advised me on the best way to move forward. He arrived when he said he would, and worked his socks off. Excellent result. He left no mess having tidied up after himself. I am a qualified landscaper and a gardener for over 9 years experience. I have my pa1 and pa6 spraying license and I can do tree work. I work to a very high standard and treat the jobs as it is my own garden. The best feeling is when a customer turns to you and say that look great. For on going customer for garden maintenance I will work them a package out for them to choice from. And I will give the customer 100% deduction to make sure they are 100% happy

Job now complete and what a transformation. Cannot fault the professionalism of the lads, their attention to detail and skill. I had no idea what layout/design would work best so it was discussed and I was sent a sketch. After some minor tinkering the lads cracked on. Though we were lucky with the weather, they arrived early and just got on with it all day. Sloping garden was levelled, sleepers installed, steps created and patio extension flagging, all done. Lawn was turfed with precision. I was working from home during the works and was hardly disturbed, if at all. They looked after the ordering of materials, a skip (even ensuring wooden boards were placed down under the skip to protect my driveway...again professional and attention to details), turf, the lot. Slick process from start to finish. I would highly recommend Alpha Groundworks. A*, 10/10. Thanks lads. Job well done. Scott, Ian and Mick were absolutely brilliant. They provided a simple straightforward quote, which was very competitive. The price never changed from what we agreed, and they started on time. They handled everything for us, and the end result is amazing, far exceeding our expectations. The consider every little detail, and were happy to consult with us as the job progressed, to make sure we were totally happy with the end result. We had a picture in our mind of what we wanted to achieve, and they translated that in to our perfect garden. Poor workmanship and aggressive, lying cowboys - do not use!! Unevenly laid indian stone (I know it's not flush like porcelain), drain cut wonkily, concrete where there should be indian stone, just a shambles. I paid half in good faith that the issues would be fixed and for the materials. The day later he sent 5 of his 'lads' round to review it to intimidate me. They agreed water can't run uphill and said 5 flags needed lifting. He then backtracked on this, said I want a free patio (not sure how when I've paid half already) and that he's going to send the 'lads' round to take up half the flags. After becoming borderline abusive, I explained to him that I'd lost faith in his ability to complete the work and therefore he could take half the patio up as I've paid him over half. He backtracked on his initial request and says he wants it all up. He said he'll have this review taken down which is apparently why there are so many good ones and his bullying tactics seem to work on some.
