I have never used “ mybuilder.com “before and was slightly dubious . However I went ahead and so glad I did . I was contacted by Simon Noade and he made himself available to transform my patio extremely fast . His work was carried out to a very high standard and in the shortest time possible. Simon is professional and kept me informed of his progress throughout. This experience now helps me run my own business in Groundworks/Landscaping with the ability to price realisticly and leave a professional finish. I’m always happy to offer sound advice, with a splash of good humour and a realistic approach to projects that don’t need over engineered. I detest hi-Viz , especially hoodies , they should never be worn in peoples gardens.

Martin did a really good job for a very competitive price. He arrived on time, did the work to an excellent standard and tidied up afterwards leaving no mess at all. During the quotation process and afterwards there was good communication with my emails and texts answered quickly. I asked for additional work to be done after the initial quote - which he was happy to do. I wish all tradesmen were as honest hardworking and reliable as Martin.
