He assessed the job and while unable to permanently fix it as a new part was needed he enabled me to have heating until he could return. James was very amiable as well as informative and provided an excellent service, despite a number of set-backs, which would have tried anyone's patientce. He was thorough and did not leave the job until completely satisfied. I have agreed to have my yearly service completed by him.
