  Garden clearance and maintenance job (heritage property). Dudley was reliable and courteous, very helpful making arrangements for garden waste. Completed the work as agreed in an organised way, and offered good advice. Would definitely hire the services of Trail Goodness again.

  Hired Nathan to fit a shower and tile around it replace bath, toilet and sink. As soon as the shower was fitted and was told it was ok to use there was a leak underneath the bathtub which he was made aware of and supposedly fixed. After the job was finished we noticed water had started dripping through our living room ceiling downstairs, the toilet was also leaking and there is smell coming from it, it also wobbles as you sit down or gently touch it. He has been on more than 3 occasions to fix these issues but nothing has changed. We still cant use the shower/bath as it leaks onto the floorboard, the toilet leaks and wobbles. We initially agreed on the phone that we would get a quote from someone else to fix the issues which he would pay for but he is now going back on his word offering £100 for resealing with silicone ( Which he has done on all the occasions he has come to fix the leak and it hasn't helped) The bath is covered in silicone including around the shower screen which is very messy and still leaks. we have managed to get other quotes (which are more than £100) and have been informed nothing has been installed properly we were shown how the toilet/shower and bath are not properly attached to the wall. The surprising thing is Nathan didn't seem to know what was causing the leaks in the first place which make me doubt he is a plumber. We have been left with a toilet we cant use and a wet ceiling that we now need to have fixed. Surely this is not right?

  Dan completely renovated and refitted our kitchen in 2018 and also refitted our main bathroom and one of our ensuite bathrooms in 2021. Dan is a problem solver and pays great attention to detail. His workmanship is top notch and I would say his reputation is one of the best in town ! Good value for money when you are looking for a professional job well done.

  Excellent service. Really pleased with the quality of work. The wash basin and tap were changed and installed very neatly and effectively with no mess. The plumber was a really nice guy, walked me through everything before doing the job. He charged me a very reasonable amount for his work and services. Superb. Will definitely hire him again for any future plumbing jobs.

  We hired Filip for the bathroom upgrade we required. He came and gave us an immediate quote and we were happy for him to proceed.. Filip was very punctual whilst doing this job and when there were any problems, such as shortage of tiles, he was more than happy to go and buy these on our behalf. He even brought the suite from the supplier to our house. During the whole time Filip was working for us he was very courteous and really did go the extra mile for us, I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone else and will certainly be using his services in the future. Thank you Filip and will see you again in the future.
