  I was pleased to have a quote from Martin of MC Gardens & Landscapes. From a quote to the finished job of replacing front lawn with gravel standing for a car, he was polite, professional and above all on time. Very happy with the finished product. Would recommend his services.

  I interviewed 8 builders to do the work, they were all given a very comprehensive schedule of works so everybody new what needed doing. The prices varied massively, Wesley quoted somewhere in the middle and had a good atitude to how the work was going to be done. We had a few problems arise which he and his team worked through and managed to get the results we wanted. I am very pleased with the outcome and the total cost was very close to the quote, he completed the work in the time quoted with just a bit of snagging to do afterwards.

  Ryan, Kevin and Blaise were diligent and did a pretty good job considering the rain and wind whilst doing the outside wall render. The sloping ceiling was done well and so was the corridor and store room. They worked late on both Saturday and on the Sunday finishing at about 8Pm. They were based in Croydon when they quoted which is fairly local to me but they had moved to Cheltenham but still drove 2hours each way to do the work!!!!! Very fair and reasonable. Recommended as long as you get them to protect the floors...……………….

  Karl Newby came and looked at the cupboard door and the washing machine yesterday Tuesday 11 July and advised he had done a similar job last month and explained how he would carry out the work required. Karl advised he was free to carry out the work Wednesday 12 July and would be here at our home at 09:00 to start work. Karl arrived on time and started work straight away he was very concerned that he would carry out the work to a high standard. Karl was meticulous tidying up as he went along and left no mess of any kind in the garden where he used power tools to cut and saw wood and in our kitchen. My Wife and I are delighted with the job Karl made of fitting the door to the washing machine which was not and easy task to carry out. Karl is very professional and made a point of explaining what he was doing and why as the job progressed. My wife and I would strongly recommend Karl Newby to carry out work on Kitchens from small jobs to full design and fitting of Kitchens.

  MD Build have performed every stage of our kitchen and garage conversion to a very high standard, from managing the whole project, coordinating all subcontractors, we have been extremely happy with all of Matt's work and his courteous nature. Always cleaning up at the end of each day and always asking if we are happy with his work and agreeing the next days plan of action. Matt has a very high standard of work and attention to detail. We highly recommend MD Build and will be definitely using him again for any of our future projects.

  Philip originally tiled my bathroom. He did it so well that I asked him to fit my new kitchen, when I decided to have it entirely re-done. This involved stripping out the old fitments, preparing, painting and tiling the walls and fitting the new cupboards and work surfaces and tiling the floor. He is meticulous in all that he does. He thought creatively about the space available, my needs, and accompanied me with the measurements to decide on the fitments. He also took me to look at tiles, made recommendations as to the size and quality needed for the walls and floor and transported them to my house (I do not have a car). At the end of each day, he tidied up and kept disruption to a minimum while he was working. He completed the work on time and on budget. Philip is easy to talk to, kind and considerate. He takes a real pride in his work and enjoys it. I have recommended him to friends without hesitation and am very happy to have the opportunity to write this reference.

  Ed responded very quickly and was immediately clear about what we needed for planning permission for our extension. Ed came out within 2 days and measured the job, he is very personable and we immediately trusted him. Ed was clear on price and turnaround of drawings from the start, and in fact completed 6 days early. Ed's price was very competitive and he did not try and talk us into more than we needed which was a relief, as we knew very little. Ed took complete control of the process of application and ensured that everything was as pain free as possible.
