As I’m a single woman James did not take advantage with his price. I had other quotes that were cheaper but I had to pay an extra £400 for scaffolding. I decided to go with James as he was polite and friendly. James said he and his team did not need scaffolding which would have been intruding on my neighbour’s garden which the neighbour’s didn’t like James turned up on the day as promised … was running late due to bad traffic but kept me informed all the time. The guys he brought with him were friendly and jovial. They even appreciated the drinks I made them as they said not many people do. They were working in minus degrees and completed the job in less time than I thought. James and his team are a credit to the business. James was quick to respond to my job request, and he came to view the job and quote within a few days. The job involved replacing the fascias, soffits and gutters, and he also advised on repairing damage from starlings and prevention steps which was also added to the job (I'll be a bit sad to lose the noisy bird life but the damage was getting pretty bad!). The quote came in at half the cost of another quote I'd had, and they came and got the job done really efficiently - they were friendly, professional and above all seem like experienced and honest people who know what they're doing.
