They priced up a brand new extension, offering various solutions and different ideas with no pressure or upselling. Their price was incredibly competitive and even whilst we were deciding they kept coming back with ways they could help. The job itself was completed as promised and to the timescales given, even with the rain. The final extension is absolutely amazing, even better than I expected. Gary and team were brilliant throughout, always communicating with updates and times lines. We had a few things we wanted to get in time extra, but Gary and Co offered their services and contacts and again, at incredibly competitive rates that were too good to turn down. Called him a 2 days and the day before the start date and he still confirmed he could make it. He was meant to start on monday and he gave the usual builders excuse that he had a family emergency.
