it all started off great and Brian came across very nice and full of knowledge. However his work was very slow and was charging me day rate, even though i asked for a quote. As he said it was an estimate the price would just keep going up. After 6 days day of working on my porch, one day longer then "estimated" he had still not finished the work. He also hadn't ordered my windows which i paid him for 2 weeks before he started work. I did talk to him about the cost of the work and how i didn't have any more money to keep paying him. I don't believe he listen to what i was saying,as 5 mins later his telling me it will be a days labour to fit to windows when he gets them. I did also email him twice which he was not happy about and also did not answer them. The work he has done is so shocking to the point we are now having to take it down and rebuild it ourselves. I have put all this in an email to him but as i said he was happy with me emailing him my issues, i did get my money back for my windows but he has not offered to put the work right.

We initially started out with plans to add an additional room to our house, but these plans grew to a side extension. Adrian and Chris came to discuss ideas with us a few times at the start. They were both very informative and helpful in the advise given. We had a few issues at the start of the building which they found solutions for. We lived in the house during the work and they made sure the disruption to us was as minimal as possible. In fact the whole trade team used were great! Having never had work carried out like this before we were very nervous about who we would use and we're really pleased we decided to go with Chris and Adrian, we are delighted with the end results and have had many people compliment the house- thank you to all involved.

A nightmare! They were employed to do all the work i.e. plastering, boarding, knocking out one wall, fitting bathroom suite, kitchen, re-wire, plumbing central heating etc. Glenn was supposed to project manage, which he didn't. Plasterer made a terrible mess on my floorboards throughout; he left plaster all over the picture rails & skirting boards & finish around the edges was horrendous. In bathroom plastered over window frame. Plumbing - done by an apprentice and was not checked, so we had to call them back numerous times. He worked in phases and after each phase he asked for payment. When we were not happy he made us feel that we were making a fuss and we paid up because he promised that anything we were not happy with would be corrected at the end. We had supporting beams put under the lounge to support the floor, of which were not done by a builder; hence they were not supporting anything, so had to call them back and even then the job was done by an all-rounder and not a builder. I could go on and on as we had a long list in the end but had to give up after so many times of them coming back as their standard of work was not professional. The only thing in his favour was that they came back to correct several things when asked but the standard was poor. I would advise not to employ anyone until you have seen the standard of work and don’t assume that if the feedback is good on small jobs that they are capable of doing the big jobs.
