Latest review:Loft Conversion-The reason we choose Whyte's Construction, was from the first time we met Alan and explained out project he was not only able to point out issues we might face but come up with solutions to the problem to make the whole project work. A number of other builders all said the project couldn't be done. Alan recommended an architect and worked with them and myself to draw up the plans. The project started on time in September, and ran smoothly until completion. All of the team were extremely friendly and helpful, their work ethic was amazing and set themselves very high standards. We were particularly impressed with how cleanly they worked, ensuring they cleaned thoroughly before they left each day, minimising the mess and disruption. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them again for our next project.

Latest review:Tiling-We hired Patrick to tile a bathroom, floor to ceiling. Patrick had some great ideas regarding shelving and bath panelling. He was very helpful, friendly and professional. The tiling was done to a fantastic standard and Patrick also helpfully re-positioned some rather un-sightly radiator pipes and re-fitted the shower, new taps and a shower screen. A great job - would highly recommend.

Latest review:Conversions - General-Tom and his team recently completed the construction of our amazing new bathroom. The project was especially complicated in that the bathroom was moved to a new location, which required the removal of a very thick stone wall. With the addition of a raised floor to contain the necessary plumbing, our brand new bathroom gradually took shape. The finished results are nothing short of astonishing and people who saw our apartment before the conversion can't believe the transformation. The tiling and other finishes are excellent, giving us the modern, contemporary bathroom we desired. Tom was adaptable when it came to problem solving and he and his team were always very cheerful, which made it easy to have them in our home for the several weeks required to build the new bathroom. My wife and I would definitely recommend Lockwood Construction for major household conversion projects.
