Having advertised the request through my mybuilder.com Mike from Mjr.buildinganddevelopment was the only builder who followed through with his initial response. He arranged to call to give a quote and attended on time even though it was raining. The job was discussed in detail which was followed by a quote the next day. His estimate and time duration on site was very competitive compared to other quotes I had a year previous. Mike was able to start work within two weeks which suited me. On completion of work I was not disappointed, Mike had done a fantastic job from start to finish. He turned up on time every day and spent all day on the job. He is an extremely hard worker, who likes to pay attention to detail and is a clean and tidy worker. Mike is a very nice, honest, hardworking man who works very professional. The finish of his brick laying skills was outstanding. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a skilled builder.

- Get in touchMy experience with MKTiling was amazing. Mark was genuine and thorough throughout the process. He took on board my request for tiling my steps, informed me only a specific tile would be required to prevent chipping and cracking. He sourced the tiles and kept me up to date with everything. My quote was very comprehensive compared to others. He took before and after pictures which just shows a complete transformation. Highly recommend. Have also had lots of comments from my neighbours.

Claire kept in contact so we knew when they were coming etc. They were very efficient, they turned up and just cracked on with the job. They have done a really good job with the blockwork, considering they had some pretty wet weather. They tidied up afterwards. Get in touchJim and Malcolm carried out a fantastic, professional job building the new back wall. They both gave us excellent advice, were happy to discuss a variety of ideas on what we wanted and what was possible, and kept us informed throughout the job. Furthermore, the cost was the same as the quote given even though they had to dig some footings which hadn't been factored in. We will certainly use Quillon again for the next project, a great team who we thoroughly recommend.
