It was turnkey project and didn’t know them before but they are Pro Contractor as they got all planning permission approved with structural calculations. They completed work in time with high standard quality and regulations and got my certificates from council. I would recommend them as Pro builder all the time.

I have only got positive things to say about this project - we are extremely happy with both the end result and the overall process. This was a big project for us, involving an extension of our kitchen and conversion of our garage into an office, to transform the entire ground floor of our property. It involved taking down two external walls and three internal walls, requiring the fitting of 3 steel beams. We had underfloor heating installed throughout and a bi-fold door extending across the whole back of our property. Zurab’s team, AZ Renovation, did everything – laying foundations, building new walls, electrical wiring, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, kitchen fitting, the whole works. Zurab, his main builder Mikheil and his team did an exceptional job and it was a pleasure working with them. They were friendly and helpful right throughout the project, listening to our ideas and concerns and helping us make the right decisions. Their attention to detail was excellent and they did all of their work to a very high standard. We are so happy with our new kitchen/ living area and it is an amazing space for our family. We would have no hesitation in recommending Zurab and his team for large projects like house extensions (or anything else for that matter). In fact, we have booked them in to come back next year to help us remodel our garden and outdoor area!

We were very impressed with Jimmy and his colleagues. It was a slightly unusual job as we wanted part of an external door bricked up and new window installed, so did not fit neatly into any category. However Jimmy and his colleagues were able to deal with all parts of the job without outsourcing and offered some useful advice along the way. They left the house neat and tidy and completed the job very swiftly. We would definitely recommend.

Happy with the quality of work and team was very friendly, everyday leaving the house livable for me and my wife while work was ongoing. Sohail offered good advice throughout the project and ended with shell completed after 8 weeks. Definitely reccomend getting a digger for excavation as we started building walls after 6 days, very fast! There were some minor delays as there are multiple projects going on in parallel, fitting in with timelines which is understandable as the team is very experienced and in high demand. Snag fixes were done promptly and all work signed off with building control. I would happily work with Sohail & team again, they have left the job with another satisfied customer - I think they turned out to be the best people to do the job, highly reccomend!

Alex provided a great service. He came round on time to view the job, gave a detailed and competitive quote and built the bathroom exactly to spec. He was keen to ensure I was happy with all aspects of the installation with regard to both materials and workmanship and even carried out some small additional activities not included in the original quote. He was polite, hard working and very experienced. He also cleaned up the house at the end of each day. I am really pleased with my bathroom and would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

On schedule and to budget, Ibrahim and his team from Triada Building Ltd delivered a very high standard on this project. Despite poor weather (Summer of 2023) and some issues with 3rd party contractors, access for concrete pour, skip delivery etc. his team worked each stage of the project to plan keeping me informed and showing great level of craftsmanship. I was after a simple workshop build that would compliment our house and he did not try to over sell options I wasn't interested in. Very happy with the result, and would recommend. Thank you.

I am really pleased with my new bathroom. I needed a partial refurb and new flooring due to a previous leaking shower. Landi did a great job fitting new taps, shower and sink in my bathroom. He was also able to advice me on the best sink and radiators and helped me to choose the right fittings when I was ordering. I didn't like the colour of the sealant and he redid it in another colour with no issues. He was efficient, friendly and completed the job in good time. Communication was always swift and I would be happy to recommend him to others and use him again for other jobs. Thanks Landi for great service.
