Stefan and Allin were friendly and did well to handle what turned out to be quite a challenging job at times. Brilliant job. The water damage was worse than we first thought but Jimmy just took it in his stride. Nothing was any problem and he kept in fully informed with everything that he did. Bled completed the job to a very high standard indeed. We were so impressed by his professionalism, hard work and speed of working. He had to pull down the remainder of an old lathe and plaster ceiling that had collapsed, replace with plasterboard and redecorate the room. The finished result is fantastic. Couldn't be happier!

We were established in 2002 with a view to making the whole process of claiming on your buildings insurance hassle free. We provide an all inclusive service from carrying out an initial survey providing a summary and quote, meeting and negotiating on your behalf with your insurers representatives, to completing the repair works to return your home back to its original condition.
After a leak wrecked much of our home we hired demarc to make things right after getting a few quotes from them and others for our building insurers. Geoff came and inspected everything very thoroughly, pointing out bits of damage that we wouldn’t have noticed. Geoff also offered a free liaison service with the insurers, to handle the back and forth with them and their loss adjusters. We’ve got 3 young children and this really saved us time and headache. We were recommended to move out and that was also brought up with the insurers and agreed with them. The work started very promptly after agreement with insurer and finished on time and to a great standard. It’s as if nothing happened!
