Workmanship: Refitted the patio door incorrectly and damaged the frame by drilling a large screw hole which he felt. Six weeks later received telephone call on the same day he wanted access giving no prior notification. We were unavailable and never returned. Provided a quotation and then increased it saying certain elements were not included but it was agreed that those elements were included in the original quote. Wanted us to pay for the material to fix the damage he caused to our patio door. When fixing the window, he stood in my roll top bath with his boots on and used no protection. Took offence when we asked for a receipt and reneged on the job. Disrespectful, and berated me on several occasions about my professional and intelligence. It was slightly more expensive that they quoted but that was understandable in that the job required a replacement hinge.
