This should have been a 5 star review. But towards the end of the project, Andrew was doing other jobs while he was contracted to mine, which delayed the job extensively and due to this I had to spend over budget for extra labour works. Left the job incomplete and stopped responding to messages putting me in a precarious situation in winter. Very unprofessional in his emails because I was standing my ground. Be very weary of giving him big jobs

Cumhur Soy(Dmr construction) did not finish my building project he took one year then left halfway through the project taking £73000. It cost me over £25000 to complete my extension (see pictures how he left).whilst I was working night shift he took all his Tools and did a runner.He hired unqualified Electricians/Gas engineers. He says he is a qualified builder plus a civil engineer its all bogus. Please do not hire him. I am about to report him to the authority. He left North London owing people money,(shield double glazing in Ilford is an example) and now lives in Chesterfield/Sheffield area post code S433AZ. Please be careful

Robert and Tomasz demolished our large metal, wood and reinforced glass carport in a little over three hours, and then returned to remove the waste materials in less than half an hour the following day. Another builder had estimated that the same job would take three days! They were friendly, personable and professional, exhibited a 'can do' approach and completed the project for a very competitive price. Would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them to others.

I can't speak highly enough of Lee and his team. The quality of their work was outstanding - from the external stone masonry to the internal build and finishes. Lee is extremely organised, friendly and proactive. There were many occasions during the project where he fed back his own thoughts for improving the build (at no extra cost) and we've ended up with a better extension as a result. Lee was a pleasure to work with and thoroughly professional, and I would certainly recommend him.
