So disappointed with this builder who calls himself Jack , I really believed and trusted in him as he seemed so genuine yet he walked off the job half way through the build .He finished for the Xmas break and hasn’t returned , he has been overpaid for where the job is at , all extra additions we came across paid in full .He commented how hard I worked as an NHS Nurse yet he and his 2 workers never ever put a full day in finishing most days at 2 pm .I will be pursuing him for failure to complete the works and I have submitted a claim to the courts to retrieve some of the monies , I have also contacted Trading standards . I would not recommend this builder .

Late review. Ste and the fellas built a wrap-around single storey extension for us in 2021. I can't recommend him highly enough. It wasn't the easiest build due to poor drawings we had from the architect, but Ste went above and beyond to make sure we had the extension that we wanted. Ste and the lads were positive, friendly and always had solutions to any challenges that came up. They also stuck to the original quote as much as possible, despite rising costs of materials at the time (2021). My wife and I worked from home for the entire build (about 4 months start to end), which wasn't ideal, but Ste and lads helped to make it work for us. 3 years on and we're well and truly settled and loving the extension. We're not sure that we'd ever want to go through a similar build again (at least not while living and working from home full time), but if we did then we would want Ste to do the job. 5 stars.

Excellent communication and military timing; always arrived on time on the days he said (which was over a consistent period of time rather than coming off and on your project as some other builders do). I am a structural engineer and even with all of my snags, John dealt with it well and patiently with a solution being reached professionally. John completed my works 5 months ago and all items have been faultless without anything going wrong.
