Pat was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end he had everything covered and made the whole project a seamless experience. He provided me with a professional quote and had the patience to deal with my questions. He started the project on time svd no thing was too much trouble, when I needed a roofer to fix some issues with a leak he had someone on the job within a day. Stefan initially quoted for our extension however, we used them for a few other jobs instead namely summer house, now the porch at the front of the house and will be using him for our garden and driveway work. He is very professional and has completed the work with a very high standard. His team are very claim and make sure that there is no mess left at the end of the day. Great communication. They came to completely refurbish a dated property. The works included full redecoration with some plastering, new flooring, new radiators, some electrical and plumbing work, repositioning of doors, and installing a new kitchen. The whole team are professional, polite, quiet, helpful and reliable, and they were able to stick to the agreed timeline. They managed the whole project to a tight timetable with no delays, all along with good communication and easy resolution of any issues that arose. We thoroughly recommend KS Construction and will be asking for them to return for further work in the garden in the Spring.

Rafal was very helpful, and came up with alternative solutions to the job too from what I'd first suggested. He was prompt, cleaned up each day, and did a really good job which I'm very happy with. It was slightly worrying not to get a confirmed price for the work beforehand, just an estimate, but it turned out that was because it was hard to tell the time the job would take, and in the end what he did charge produced a really good result. I'd highly recommend him.

I would not use Dan again. Complete lack of expertise on certain aspects of this build resulting in a lot of stress for me. Failure to gain necessary permissions despite Dan's reassurances at the time. An error on Dan's part related in the entrance to my property having to become much smaller than I needed.
