Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from start to finish. Not only was he unable to find the cause he spent over 4 hrs trying to phone a company to find out the cause the specific problem in the mean time he was just walking around the house with the phone he unscrewed the taps and left them there went out to get a fuse for god knows after all this left taps unscrewed than asked for 5 hours of work when all we called him was for a quote I was shocked he said my time is not free he threatened to take me to court if I didn't pay him he did the same on another job where he agreed on a sum knowing exactly what the job was than charged extra stating tank took longer to fill he I strongly urge others to avoid this plumber he is untrustworthy overcharges and provides subpar services fraudulent personLatest review:Bathroom Fitting-

The team’s work was always of a very high standard and the house was on a daily basis left as tidy and clean as possible. Dates, individual trades and schedules were always on time and nothing was ever too much trouble. The complete job came in exactly as had been quoted. The job included Electrical work. Plastering. Fitting of new toilets, sinks, bath and shower. All required plumbing. New floor and wall tiling. New laminate flooring. Fitting of new dual fuel towel rails. Fitting of all accessories. Fitting of all lighting and ventilation. The new fresh and modern look is a complete transformation and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend LA Interior and Design Ltd and would not hesitate to use again. Big thanks to Mark and the team.
