Get in touchDidn't give a height for the extension, drawing wasnt detailed enough for the builders and really annoyed my builders. Doesnt know what councils or building control require at times and gives answers like "I don't know" "Ask etc etc" - Imagine another professional like a doctor or lawyer giving these answers. I simply cannot fathom how someone can be in this profession when they can't do basics. Changes his terms midway through the contract too. I tried to be nice to him by being non confrontational but the more nice i am, the more he tries to take advantage.
