From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Tim managed my project effectively from start to finish, even going above and beyond to check Dunster house products delivered for quality, to which the products were extremely poor, and he ended up having to build the garden room from scratch. Tim and his team demonstrated incredible attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the project was executed to the highest standard. They had great experience, skills and knowledge of what they were doing. They listened to my vision and brought it to life beyond my expectations. Tim was lovely and polite and always endeavoured to stay true to his words. If there were any changes in plans, he communicated well and kept me informed.
