Craig was highly professional, friendly and went above and beyond my expectations to get the job completed, which it was and to a high standard! There were so many issues with Wickes, he went out of his way to ensure items were delivered on time to complete the job. If he didn’t tell me about the issues I would have never known. The team that came to lay the laminate down (Kam &Matt) were again, highly professional with good old manners and highly skilled & very good at their jobs. Lovely guys. Turn around was like nothing I have experienced and I’ve worked with a good number of traders over the years. Would definitely hire them again…it was refreshing working them - been messed about by traders in the past and CK gave me hope in traders again. Wishing Craig and the team all the best! Get in touchI cannot describe in detail how professional Kamil was from the beginning to the end, I honestly cannot remember experiencing this level previously. His communication with me to liaise buying the necessary materials to do the job and organising to go to buy the materials and fixing it was second to none that I have experienced before. He bought the materials with his own money and I refunded him afterwards and this shows you that he is trusting and trustworthy. The quality of his work is top notch, I cannot fault it at all, he even took the waste away with him. Now if that is not a class of the highest degree then I don’t know what is!! I am definitely using his services again in the near future. Quote came through promptly as promised and they were hired. On time on the day of the works and completed the job without any issues and talked through what they had done, which was what was promised. Having suffered from some serious coastal cowboys it was a pleasure to get Simon and David in to do a significant job which was to take up my living room floor and put new joists in and then relay a new floor. The quote was a decent price and they did not mess about and the job was finished in just 5 days. A courteous, timely and very professional pair.
