From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Tim managed my project effectively from start to finish, even going above and beyond to check Dunster house products delivered for quality, to which the products were extremely poor, and he ended up having to build the garden room from scratch. Tim and his team demonstrated incredible attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the project was executed to the highest standard. They had great experience, skills and knowledge of what they were doing. They listened to my vision and brought it to life beyond my expectations. Tim was lovely and polite and always endeavoured to stay true to his words. If there were any changes in plans, he communicated well and kept me informed. They didn't bat at eye lid at my strange requests (hanging a 3m long mirror and suspending a fair ground horse in the roof lantern) and even worked late into the night (having sought my approval) to get certain parts of the jobs done in time. From the first quotation visit Andrew and his team could not have been more helpful with their support and advice and the price was competitive and better then other quotes that we have received. Due to corona virus lockdown the work had to be put on hold but Andrew kept in touch with us to keep us in the loop of the situation. Once the work started they made excellent progress and when we decided that due to the state of the underlying ceiling we would like that replaced at the same time despite it not being part of the original plan they removed and replaced it including plastering for again a competitive price and fitted this in the original timescale given. Nothing seems too much trouble. Andrew and the Team also advised us on the best option for our floor and we have hired them again to come back and do this. We would not hesitate to use Illingsworth Building Services again and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a Builder.
