He provided a quote in a timely manner which included everything involved (No hidden surprises) He turned up on time and completed the job as he had stated. I was quite concerned before we started this job about the stresses of an extension with other things that were happening in my family life. Alan was a star from the beginning, he has always done what he said he would, he has set our minds at rest at each step of the process and kept us informed throughout. The costs were what he said at the beginning unless we negotiated otherwise. The boys on site were fantastic, I have two young children and they were lovely with them as well. The build went really smoothly and I can honestly say they have done a brilliant job, we are thrilled with the final build and it has made a huge difference to our lives. Absolutely fantastic all round.
