Based in Plymouth but do offer a further catchment area across Cornwall and Devon. I am friendly and reliable. Easy to contact before, during and after all work completed. Thanks
Chris and Kyle erected a large greenhouse for me and did an awesome job. They work hard, are very friendly and fairly priced. The job took longer than they anticipated due to poor instructions but the price they initially quoted didn't change. Overall I am really happy with their work and will be getting in touch next year for them to renovate our bathroom.Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations- - Paddy’s powerGroundworker in Saltash

I have a knowledge of different trades and understanding of all kinds of work. I work at a fast pace with a high standard. Everything I do is for your best interest. You can always ask for pictures of my work and I'm happy to show you.
The Guys worked hard enough, but there was a difference in what I believe had been quoted for a days work for this team of 4. My own fault for not getting a written quotation. Hence, I did not have them back to complete this job. I supplied all of the equipment, including digger, power barrow, plate whacked and even the wheel barrow, as their Van “had broken down again”. I have since found a better group of builders. Even cooked them breakfast and food throughout the day, with barely any thanks. You live and learn…Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations- - I. There were no issues with Simon for the first few weeks. I hired him for additional work other than the original request because he convinced me he could do the job, he gave what I thought was a fair total price, and he cracked on. As he was paid more instalments though the work became more sporadic, I never knew when he was coming and then he started doing things we hadn't contracted and tried to charge me day rates for it. Some of this work caused huge issues because it was only half done and water started pouring in to my property. During this time he failed to answer my calls and another emergency contractor had to be called to rectify the problem. When I questioned Simon and asked for receipts for materials he became increasingly difficult to deal with and I eventually said enough was enough and took him off the job. I had given Simon the benefit of the doubt after reading many good reviews and only one bad review on this website. I wish I'd taken more notice of the bad review. I certainly wouldn't recommend him. It's disappointing because I think some of the work he did was acceptable and well priced. I don't know what changed, I can only assume it was when he had received the majority of his money, so that's probably my fault for being too trusting and paying too much as we went along. The upshot is I am now having to take him to court for recompense.Latest review:Groundwork & Foundations-
