Get in touchHe fixed the ceiling switch but didn't come back to fit a new wall lamp above the sink. I think he is busy. Now I'm having some 'budget price windows' fitted while letting the ceiling dry out for longer. About the water leak from flat above I changed my mind because the person's involved said that 'they will not alter the pipes and yes it could happen again' so I don't want to spend over £1000 on builders because at the moment the ceiling seems strong enough.
