I won’t attempt anything I’m not capable of but I’m more than happy to give advice or recommend the people I know that are fully qualified tradesmen Iv personally used myself for years. So, Paul finished our extension in March. But the year of covid and no time meant i didnt review until now. Still,that gave us time to live in it and see how it stood up. very well no problems. I honestly believe that if there had have been, Paul would have sorted it. So back to the job, Paul came to us after another builder left us in the lurch last minute, we found him on here, and were very worried as he wasnt directly recommended/know to us.He quoted the job clearly, he started when he said he would,finished on time and there was always somebody on site when he said there would be. We discussed EVERY stage of the build as it went on, and im sure annoyed the hell out of him, but we got everything we expected from the build and even a few things we hadnt thought of suggested by paul.He assisted with building control and was in control throughout. his quality of work and that of everybody he employs is superb, Millimeter perfect in the case of one radiator we had to get in, The result we got is stunning and is always commented as such when we get visitors. we had a couple of very minor niggles post completion Which he came and rectified even though hed been paid in full. Would I use him again. Most definately. Would i recommend him, in a heartbeat. One word of warning, if you do get him to do a job, make sure you stock up, he never says no to a brew!!!!! I would highly recommend Graham for any building work required. Graham was originally asked to renovate an old extension which was built circa 1970, which had damp problems and was on a different level to the rest of the house. This, at my request, expanded to virtually a complete rebuild of the extension and a conversion of the garage to a downstairs toilet and utility room. The roof over the extension and garage also needed to be lifted to bring the extension and the garage to the same level as the rest of the property. Graham was extremely patient and always took on board any comments/suggestions I had during the building work and adapted accordingly. Graham also came up with ways to improve the overall look of the house and built an overhang porch area with rendering across the front and side of the house. The quote was very reasonable and was updated and the revised price sent to me as the building work progressed (due to my changes to the original work request). Graham organised building control inspections and kept me informed throughout the build. Graham and his team were extremely pleasant and professional throughout. Thank you Graham

We really appreciated this dialogue rather than just going with our initial plans.
