I came across Rock Bubble at' My builder' and got a quick response. Tony visited the site and provided quote on the same day (I never expected a quote on the same day and never looked at my e-mail until I was asked to check. That quick was the response). Things moved pretty quick and work began. I must tell we loved Rock bubble and the name they choose fit well for the team. We had a very smooth and pleasant experience with the whole team and have completed our dream project to our satisfaction. Peter always there with his approachable nature and ready to listen and does the work perfectly. Tony always at the end of phone call and communicating and checking each stages of the work and visited site at the crucial points. The whole team worked very positively and work was carried out in a timely fashion and as agreed. Very easy to work with and very reliable. Everyday they were at the site and never had to worry and always kept us informed of the progress and plan. My son was able to talk with the team anytime during the project work We are very grateful for all the work done to make our 'Home' more beautiful. We were very happy with the quality of workmanship from Richard James Joinery & Building services there attention to detail was excellent. Rick gave us good advice during the build and communicated with us throughout. Although the extension took longer than expected due to builder holidays etc we preferred that the job wasn't rushed and the attention to detail was maintained.We would definitely use Rick again.We give him 5 stars!

Works carried out reasonably timely manner and with due respect. Bath tub replacement seemed okay - tile work fine, panel installed. Unfortunately water kept leaking down after bath usage. Atlas came back from rechecking, identified issues around electric shower, sealed it, didn;t mention additional cost of this visit in advance but later requested payment for the visit - didnt provide an invoice or requested a specific amount for visit and when contested that no price of visit was mentioned or agreed and assumed as post work visit, did not ask again. Unfortuantely, this doesn't resolve the issue. Water is still leaking down when bath is used, even after eliminating the electric shower completely. New plumber claims the drain pipe is leaking and fitting wasn't correct. I've forwarded this info to Atlas - no response from them yet. New plumber now scheduled. Will report back the cause of leak once found if it is related to fitting or not. Thanks.
