Steven and his partner undertook a number of jobs around our house. Laying a new floor skimming the hall and stair way, putting up a stud wall and fitting double doors. All the work was carried out to high standard. Steven also put up with us chopping and changing the schedule. He also effectively problem solved a couple of issues that arose and offered cost effective solutions. I have no issue with wholeheartedly recommending Steven.

Organisation of the work, friendliness of workers and painting of fencing was to a good standard. However the work completed on the decking was so lacking of standard or pride in setting high finish work standards. Due to the lack of poor workmanship we are now having to consider getting someone else in to rectify the decking, if this is now not possible we are even contemplating on replacing our 4 year old decking.

Andrij and the team did a fantastic job installing my new bathroom. I have worked with many builders over the few years, and unfortunately I have had bad experiences with all of them. Andrij and the team stuck to the time scales originally provided, helped with design ideas, made amendments at the last minute when I changed my mind about the design, and were friendly/professional throughout. I was given a very competitive price (I don’t think the price could have been matched), especially considering how bad the state of original bathroom was. At the end of a working day the team would vacuum the whole house, and they were careful not to leave any dust. If you would like work doing to a high standard with competitive prices, I would highly recommend Andrij. I look forward to working with the team again in the future.

Great quality of work. Excellent communication and military timing; always arrived on time on the days he said (which was over a consistent period of time rather than coming off and on your project as some other builders do). I am a structural engineer and even with all of my snags, John dealt with it well and patiently with a solution being reached professionally. John completed my works 5 months ago and all items have been faultless without anything going wrong.
