Communication was good with regular updates every evening, they’re currently building a large extension and major interior redesign of our son’s house. Good builders are rare, so when you find one you need to hang on to them. We’re absolutely delighted with the way ours turned out, and no hidden costs. Firstly we have over 10 years experience in wet underfloor heating systems and travel the country doing this work. We can complete every aspect of this job from start to finish including taking up flooring/ breaking concrete, laying the pipe work and connecting and testing the system. We are then able to repour concrete and/or fit the desired flooring. Secondly we specialise in External Insulation for properties and have a large portfolio of recent work completed. We are able to offer an extensive guarantee for the products used in this job. However, this is not all we do and have a wide portfolio of work including extension building, building garages and outhouses, roofing, kitchen fitting, groundwork, bricklaying, soffits and guttering, landscaping and small jobs like fitting flooring, plumbing, painting and decorating. Get in touchIt took us a while to find the right builder and so glad we chose David Bray (Brayfields). We had some struggles with engineering and design and David came up with much better solutions. His trades were overall really friendly and David resolved any issues that came up. David went above and beyond and was very fair around pricing when normal changes came along. We has built us the house we dreamed of and it great to work with someone with years of experience who knew the solutions to any problems that came up. David's quoting and billing process was very detailed and always accurate. Here I was able to learn new skills and being on a job from start to finish helped me get a wealth of knowledge and experience. I then went back to college and completed a plumbing course. After which I began working for a local bathroom fitter. By doing this I gained the competence I needed with my plumbing as well as learning how to tile.
