Craig did an excellent job on our bathroom. The house is an old 1930s house and the old bathroom was pretty horrible. Craig (and his team), fitted the new electrics (extractor fan, towel rail), plumbed in the lot and skimmed the walls where required. The tiling is perfect. In fact, the whole finish is great. I was particularly impressed when Craig pointed out the defects in the bathroom suite we had ordered. Unfortunately the delay in getting the items replaced meant that he had to stay on the job longer than first thought, but that wasn't a problem. I will certainly use CLR Construction again if required.

Finlay did work to a high standard and quality. However, he was repeatedly unable to meet agreed timelines and was much slower than other contractors to complete the work. The project also ended up costing much more than originally quoted. We ended up having to terminate our contract and finish the project with other contractors. This was disappointing as Finlay is a lovely guy.
