Tim was very quick to respond to the initial work request. Arrived on time to view the requirements, and gave a quote within hours. Very prompt to attend site, completed the work in the time scale suggested taking great care to do a good job. Gave a lot on useful information regarding links to various sites to obtain supplies. Tim is also very personable and easy to talk to, good at communication. I had a floor that needed to be levelled. The finish was good. Raz turned up on time for the initial quote and fitted in the job quickly which was great. Only downside is his level of customer service. He asked me to block out a few holes/gaps in the floor which really should be his job as a professional. He also wasn't happy when I asked to mask the skirting in order to protect them (of which I ended up doing half of them). On reflection he was also quite expensive! We have bought new house before Christmas from the REDROW, we have chosen the fantastic flooring Ltd after we met seven floor companies, as my daughter love a modern wooden stairs rather than covered by carpet, but no one can provide a good idea for us until we met Adam from the fantastic flooring. Adam is the best expert for the floor design we never met before, my daughter loved his design specially for the stairs. Adam has arranged with his professional team for our floor job as priority, all team work perfectly from start till completion.They have done very well with every step till final cleaning . Adma as a boss to communicate with us every day explaining and planning next day job, we felt so confident with them. Adam has done the amazing stairs himself even he came on the weekend, he did a great job with his special skills, it’s exactly we expected even more better! We felt so lucky to found Adam’s team, we definitely recommend his team to who looking for a fantastic floor jobs!
