The project is a double storey extension to the side of the house. This will make a large front room, utility room, office, large dining room, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The quality of work is excellent and very professional. The workers have expertise in various areas. They are very tidy and take into consideration of the client. The project is currently on time and within budget. Neil has been in the building work for many years (visited some of his previous projects) and has a very good team that works for him that are committed to an excellent end result. They are very good at providing the right advise and giving you options in other ways the build can be done to reduce costs. The company is also part of the Federation Of Master Builders.

Lotfi was brilliant his attention to detail is outstanding,his trademanship is outstanding his knowledge and advise on all aspects of building work is remarkable be it plaster work plumbing electrical or joinery,lotfi and his team of professionals arrived on time everyday,briefed me every step of the way as to what was happening each day.lotfi and his team cleaned up after themselves every day a truly highly proffesional trades man i cannot thank him enough each day i added more jobs to his list and he has basically completed afull house refit with his team he has dealt with plastering brickwork plumbing electris gas work he took out an internal all and his team will be hanging my new doors fitting my new kitchen and laying a new floor i cannot fault him ,no money was paid up front and costs of all his work was reasonable an worth every penny thank you lotfi kamel and his team.

I had a good initial contact and they came out to do a first look pretty quickly. Wanted quoting on an extension, porch, driveway and side wall. In the end none of these jobs happened. A good experience to begin with. Porch - needed an architect (recommended by the builder), which took a couple of weeks to come and look then a few more weeks to get the drawings back to me. In the end, was too complex/costly due to the roofline. Fair enough - but took way too long to get to that answer. Extension - Initial 'rough' quote was very reasonable, but getting them to actually do a costed up quote took many weeks. In the end, the quote was >50% higher than the rough quote (scope of work hadn't changed). Driveway - Visited 4 times for this job. On 2 occasions, just didn't show up and couldn't get hold of them by phone. All of a sudden they came back 'online' and after 2 more visits, a quote came which was more than x2 the original rough quote. I appreciate cost of materials has increased but double was just too much. Side wall - Based on the other jobs being so difficult to progress, we decided to get someone else to sort it => 2 weeks after enquiry, the wall was built. In the end, we lost months for nothing and decided to not bother with 3/4 jobs. It's a shame, because they seem like a good bunch of lads and their references/pictures look great, but clearly have either too much work or need to hire someone to manage their time better.

We came up with a plan for the work between us and I couldn’t be more happy with the end result!! They were extremely reliable and did a fantastic job on our garden wall/patio renovation project. Graham and his team did a fantastic job on our single story extension including a kitchen and bathroom. The team are friendly and skilled ensuring we were not without a kitchen for more than 2 weeks. We have a young family and work from home and Grahams team ensured we were able to continue working with minimal disruption. Graham provided great guidance on utilising our space effectively and coordinating all the various contractors on the job to completion. Graham’s team were so great that we extended the job to decking and landscaping which was a great price and high standard of work. Graham was also the only builder who provided a written itemised quote and was always on hand to meet periodically to ensure we were on track for the budget. We have an old house and every hurdle we faced Graham was on hand to provide options and guidance. Even after the job has finished he provided great aftercare. We can’t praise the work enough and would highly recommend Graham and his team.
