We felt comfortable with Stuart's attitude from the start, keeping us informed when we needed to be and cracked on when we didn't. His team were like clockwork, one trade finished and the next stepped in straight away. Stuart said the build would take 6 to 8 weeks and it was delivered bang on that timing. Our 16m2 family room has changed the way we use the home and it was only completed 3 weeks ago. We honestly cannot thank the SGH team enough!

Rating: 5 out of 5 553 reviewsI originally hired Phil a couple of weeks ago and due to a misunderstanding he and I did not communicate with each other with the result he did not come round to do the job that we had agreed he would do. This unfortunately due to the miscommunication involved caused me a problem and I put my thoughts down on his sight indicating I was not happy at all with his service. Subsequently Phil did get back to me and explained the situation in full which I was very happy to accept. Consequently he came round and did the job to my satisfaction and I am very happy with the finished result. I am also pleased to say he has a very nice manner and I would gladly have him back again. So everyone please ignore the negative comments that I previously left.
Steve gave us a reasonable quote, did a good job and was a nice guy to deal with. Would happily use him again for work in the future.
