I recently hired Patrick from PBS to fix a leaking gutter, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Patrick quickly identified the issue, explaining that my neighbours had adjusted their guttering, causing water to back up and leak. He provided me with several solutions, clearly outlining the pros and cons of each. I opted to have my own downpipe installed, which Patrick carried out efficiently without disturbing the neighbours. He also resealed all the joints in the guttering. After the repairs, we had a heavy rainstorm, and I’m happy to report that there were no leaks! Patrick was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.
