The initial quote was very competitive and the job was completed on budget with any additional costs discussed and agreed between both parties. Good communication throughout and clean and tidy. The completed extension is great and just what we wanted. The quality and attention to detail is very good. When I posted the job on My Builder I was facing a deadline after letting go the existing contractor because of poor communication. After contacting Richard and Paul they couldn't have been more accommodating, nothing was too much trouble and as I have keen interest in details they were easy to work with. They were able to accommodate my project at relatively short notice which was fundamental to keeping the project on the original timescale. The team were always punctual and always were on site when the said they would be. Their work ethic is a credit to them and was reassuring as we were plagued by some poor weather. To me one of their best attribute is their communication, they kept me informed throughout the project and we discussed the progress everyday. In short they are a punctual, hardworking and reliable and I can fully recommend them.

MASSIVE thank you NBKS BUILDERS for the outstanding job completed for my Day Nursery. NBKS guttered our building and completed a full renovation and single storey extension in 3 & half months, and garden. Neil Director was a diamond from day 1 till end in his approach to our job, he always offered new ideas along the way, no request was to big or small, very adaptable. His Team was friendly, consistent, came every day including weekends to meet our September reopeing deadline. Neil is easy to speak with and project managers the full job. Neil has Exstended contractors who work alongside his team like electricians, plumbers, carpenters and together they worked on point to meet our deadlines. Even though NBKS have completed, they stay in touch to ensure alls working well, which this feels very supportive. NBKS came to our Nursery relaunch and open day, the High Sheriff Of Nottm was impressed with the build and the time frame completed in. We definitely recommend NBKS to all projects

I engaged DLD to demolish an existing boundary wall and build a new one to a specification recommended by them. Both Danny and Ben work as a great team with a work ethic to match, working tirelessly in all weathers throughout. Nothing is too much trouble and they take pride in what they do. I intend using them again and would recommend anyone to give them a try. A first class job by first class guys.

The whole job was done in a very organized way from the materials delivered, and the demolishing of the old wall, old materials taken away immediately and building commenced. Garry even got us some fine weather to complete the fantastic work along with some added extras that were the icing on the cake. Everywhere all cleaned up and left tidy when finished each day and at the end of their work. I would recommend this guy and his team anytime. Thank you for referring him.

Declan was a great tradesman from the moment he viewed the house to completion. He fitted a B&Q kitchen and laid flooring for a fair price to a very good standard in just 3 days. This would have been quicker but B&Q messed up. He communicated with us throughout the process and was very happy to make minor adjustments to anything we asked. Declan is a very approachable young joiner and was courteous and polite throughout the entire job. You can tell he values customer service. We will certainly be passing on his name and continuing to seek him for future jobs. Cannot recommend DMT enough.

We were nervous about using a trades person that we didn't know or who had not been recommended to us. This was our first time using MyBuilder. We got 3 quotes from different builders and we chose this builder as he was so approachable and friendly. He seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. He also sent us pictures of previous jobs pre/during/post work which made us feel better. They provided a contract and we were to pay in installments at different stages over the job. This made us feel more confident that we were not going to be ripped off. We also received a receipt and guarantee. Owen and Danny are great friendly guys. They were very hard working in the worst of weather conditions. They certainly knew what they were doing. They kept us informed every step of the way. We can't recommend these guys enough. They have done a fantastic job.

I would highly recommend Charlie and his team to everyone. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of their work. They are all extremely polite and hard working. They built me a stone wall at the end of my patio, with pillars and steps leading down to my garden. Plus a small ornamental stone boarder wall for my flower beds. I think it looks lovely and has vastly improved the look of my garden. Phase 2 will be to finish off the patio and AstroTurf.
