From the first communication with Stewart this has been the most easy and amazing process.. I honestly can't praise him and his whole team enough. The process has run so incredibly smoothly and quickly it's been amazing. It's difficult choosing a builder and we worried we would choose the wrong one, worried about how it would go..but we choose the best option. I would highly recommend Chez Construction to anyone looking for builders. It's taken around 3/4 weeks give or take from start to finish. Stewart was always on the end of the phone to respond to any questions wr had and dealt with the architect and council for us aswell. We are very very happy with our new extension.

Andy and James did a good job were here on time curtious at all times. They did the openings for my extention inserting the lintels and knock throughs. Can’t rate Steve highly enough, 100% would recommend to friends and family. Great work, spot on timing, given the job was always going to be dusty any mess was kept to an absolute minimum throughout. St builders removed 2 load bearing walls for us. Steves quotes were reasonable, gave us plenty of advice (that is much needed) helped us organise with others and had a refreshing honest approach to there work. Absolutely stunned with the job they did. Had 2 walls removed and an Rsj installed in less than 2 days. Daniel and his sun are very good and fast at what they do. They left the place incredibly clean considering the amount of dust created during the wall removal. Very pleased, not even mentioning the knowledge and politeness of the guys... and the price ... unbeatable.
