I am very happy with Seb and Jamie's work. They built me a lovely new patio and levelled and realaid the lawn. The finished effect is much better than I anticipated. They were quick to provide a quote and always came when they said they would. They were very tidy while the job was ongoing. They went out of their way to get the materials I wanted and were attentive to detail, suggesting edging and drainage. I had one area of concern which they came out and fixed after the job was complete without any argument. I would not hesitate to get them back out in future.

Arrived on time, completed the work fast and to a very high standard, answered all the questions we had and helped to overcome some small problems on the site and he left the area clean and tidy once he was finished. Everyone involved was thoroughly professional and approachable and I have no hesitation in recommending the work of AGO Construction. I was particularly impressed that they took precautions to protect the internal access routes to the garden and even continued to work during rain showers. I am delighted with the finished product.

Arjun seemed like a very nice guy. He visited the property to inspect the issue and prepare a quote, and he even kindly brought me some homemade Indian food (!). I paid him a £130 deposit to cover the cost of materials, but unfortunately, he never returned to complete the work. He has not provided a receipt for the parts he claimed to have purchased, and he is no longer answering my calls. It’s very disappointing, and I’ll now need to find another plumber.

I consider Schofield Carpentry to be a lucky find, thank you Simon. Simon repaired an external beam with extensive rot at my home. He cleaned out the rotten area and carved a heavy block of hard wood so that it fit the cavity perfectly and was also shaped on the outside to be in keeping with my Grade II listed cottage. It was a work of sculpture! Simon also identified some other areas of preventative maintenance and completed this work, for a very reasonable price. I'm very grateful.

Noel and Dan did a very good job converting our shed into an office. They were always on time, were very good at communicating, and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. There was a problem with an electrician who let them and us down - prolonging the job by a few weeks. However, their own work was excellent and to time, and we are enjoying the fruits of their labour. I would very happily recommend them (although perhaps not the electrician!).

Ubaid completed work overall within budget and time. Any issues were discussed. He sent regular updates and photos and was calm and customer orientated. There were a few loose ends which seemed to drag on a bit and a few finishes/ issues which were not as good as I would have liked. Ubaid sought to rectify these. He recognised when things were not done as well as possible and reflected this in the final bill. Overall I found Ubaid to be pleasant and helpful. I would consider him again to quote for work.
