He was friendly and communicative throughout the process: helping us choose doors, telling us how long it would take for them to be ready, and willing to come back to fit handles that hadn't yet arrived when he came to fit the doors. George, James and all their colleagues have been incredibly professional, efficient, honest and helpful over the last few weeks of renovation work on my old house that was falling apart in places. They worked on replacing all my windows, front door and French doors, as well as painting most of the house, and I couldn't be happier with all that they've done. Everything is finished to impeccable standards, I couldn't have asked for better. They were also very understanding when I had a strange request for one of the windows, and they made it happen, I got exactly what I wanted. They were very generous with regard to giving me free advice about what to do/not to do when I got the survey for the house, thereby saving me a lot on costs, for which I am very grateful. The whole team was also very understanding when I had to delay the work, and they really helped me out a lot by trying to accommodate my schedule despite their own very busy schedule. The house was in a chaotic state but they put up with it, and were very patient and kind about everything throughout the process. I couldn't have worked with a more pleasant and professional team. The house is looking great because of what they have accomplished. Given the high standards they work to, I am having them come back to do my roof in a month. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend George, James and their whole team to anyone looking for the best professionals who will treat their client's house with the greatest care and respect.
