Very very happy to recommend - I fact, I already have to friends and family! Bob and Andy built a single storey utility room extension for me. To begin, the quotation process was easy, tho I already had got plans and approvals etc in place. The quote was competitive, and after the build was finished the final amount was exactly as quoted. They also put up with me making small alterations, without complaint! Reliable, competitive, polite and tidy, I would absolutely have no hesitation in asking them to do other building work should the situation arise. They were polite and friendly, happy to accommodate my working pattern, and I had no qualms about leaving them alone in my home. Am a very satisfied customer. If needed, I would be ok to show the work I've had done to prospective customers.

We needed steel supports for a chimney which required building regulations approval from Walsall Council. Patryk was not fazed by the work required, nor the technical specifications of the structural engineer's recommendations. He quoted a fantastic price and arrived on the day arranged and the time agreed upon. Words cannot describe the work ethic of Patryk and his team. The work was done over two days and he always cleaned up afterwards which pleased the wife. They went above and beyond and we are pleased to say that Walsall Council building regulations approved their work. Without a doubt we would hire Prestige Designs again in a heartbeat. Traditional builders with traditional qualities such as honesty, integrity, and hard graft.
