We initially contacted Scott for a quote to build a front porch. At the beginning, communication was clear and helpful, which gave us confidence to proceed with additional work. Scott and his team started several jobs including building the porch, decorating the lounge, refurbishing the ground floor shower, touching up the kitchen floor, changing the wall tiles in the first-floor bathroom, and plumbing/fitting a jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately, the experience changed significantly during the project. The work was left incomplete and Scott stopped responding to our calls and messages before the agreed work was finished. Despite multiple attempts to contact him and arrange completion of the remaining work, we have received no response. While the initial communication and some of the work carried out were positive, leaving a project unfinished and ignoring the client is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this builder.

Very happy with Artur’s work, he’s punctual and professional. His quotes are quick and competitively prices. He installed a shower tray, toilet cistern and boxed in the pipes by building a false wall with a shower niche. Would highly recommend and definitely use Turcan services again.
