There were many issues left by the first builders but, Daniel tackled each one in a professional manner. I would highly recommend Valery Home Decor Ltd. Lotfi was brilliant his attention to detail is outstanding,his trademanship is outstanding his knowledge and advise on all aspects of building work is remarkable be it plaster work plumbing electrical or joinery,lotfi and his team of professionals arrived on time everyday,briefed me every step of the way as to what was happening each day.lotfi and his team cleaned up after themselves every day a truly highly proffesional trades man i cannot thank him enough each day i added more jobs to his list and he has basically completed afull house refit with his team he has dealt with plastering brickwork plumbing electris gas work he took out an internal all and his team will be hanging my new doors fitting my new kitchen and laying a new floor i cannot fault him ,no money was paid up front and costs of all his work was reasonable an worth every penny thank you lotfi kamel and his team.

It was really nice to hire Mike for the job. Everything was done to a professional standard. Communication was not a problem either. Mike continuously updated me to keep me informed leading to the date of the job. My only regret is that I did not hire Mike for my previous jobs because he would have done so much better and would have been more reliable. I would like to thank Mike for his professionalism and for all the trade secret tips :) I will not hesitate to hire him again and we have already talked about a job in future. Double extension and the side of the property, including new roof, facia’s and gutters. After receiving a few quotes from other builders, we found R&M property group. Thom & Jon visited us to talk through the process and we were impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. We were very conscious of staying within our budget, and they quickly put our minds at ease by providing us with a full break of costs for each item of work. We agreed a date for the work to commence in the spring, and except for a couple of minor hiccups early on with the build (none of which were R&M’s fault!) the process has ran really smoothly and the communication throughout has been great including the quality of work. We’ve also had lots of neighbours comment on the work and they have told us they’d definitely consider using R&M in the future based on what they’ve seen.
