The staircase was still noisy after he left so he even took the time to come back the next day and finish the job fully. Thoroughly satisfied with his work and will be calling him back for more projects. He’s trustworthy and has great attention to detail.

Graham and his team did a fantastic job on our single story extension including a kitchen and bathroom. The team are friendly and skilled ensuring we were not without a kitchen for more than 2 weeks. We have a young family and work from home and Grahams team ensured we were able to continue working with minimal disruption. Graham provided great guidance on utilising our space effectively and coordinating all the various contractors on the job to completion. Graham’s team were so great that we extended the job to decking and landscaping which was a great price and high standard of work. Graham was also the only builder who provided a written itemised quote and was always on hand to meet periodically to ensure we were on track for the budget. We have an old house and every hurdle we faced Graham was on hand to provide options and guidance. Even after the job has finished he provided great aftercare. We can’t praise the work enough and would highly recommend Graham and his team.

We were very happy with the quality of workmanship from Richard James Joinery & Building services there attention to detail was excellent. Rick gave us good advice during the build and communicated with us throughout. Although the extension took longer than expected due to builder holidays etc we preferred that the job wasn't rushed and the attention to detail was maintained.We would definitely use Rick again.We give him 5 stars!

I hired Jake, Brian and the team to carry out a single story kitchen extention. I had never undertaken such a large job and was somewhat overwhelmed and did not know what to expect. However, I was reassured by Jake and Brian on what to expect and what the works world entail. They took the project on and were in constant communications throughout the build. They organised building control inspections, kitchen fitters, electrical, plumbing, plastering, brick layers, the lot. I just had to sit back and see my dream kitchen come into fruition and boy it did! No job was too small, they made adjustments along the way and kept me informed of any issues and made me aware of anything that required extra work, we agreed to a price and they delivered. I am very happy with the outcome and any issues that came up later were dealt with promptly. I had some frustrations along the way(this wasn't jake's fault) but Jake took on the responsibility and rectified issues that were not his own. Its difficult to find a trustable and reliable builder these days but if you are reading this, please give Jake a shot, you will not be disappointed. I now have the kitchen I envisaged at a reasonable price and I couldn't be more happier.
