Very happy with the work completed by Vint. The quote compared with the others i had was very favourable, and the quality of the work is very good. I had absolutely no issues of paying him his deposit as quoted in his terms and even though i was a few days late he never chased me once which i thought was very good. The Bricklayer who did the majority of the work kept me well informed at every point of construction and it was a pleasure to watch. Vint also did some other work for me while they were here, i had a problem with a soil pipe they quoted again which i was happy with and completed it the following day. The porch is now completed and my wife is very happy with it which makes my life so much easier, i would have no issues of recommending them to any one for the type of work i had done.

Absolutely outstanding work. We have had loads of renovations of our house. And different landscapers to do jobs in our gardens. Greg and Daz are by far the best ones yet. They are so proud in their work. And have done a brilliant job of our patio and repointing of another landscapers work as it wasn't done correctly. I love how clean and tidy they both was and even done other little bits for us and it really was appreciated. Would definitely recommend. Greg's communication throughout was also excellent. I work to a high standard and can undertake, new builds, extensions, garden walls, renovations and restoration work. I have also taught the subject as well as assisted in writing books for students on the trade. I particularly enjoy doing the more decorative aspects of bricklaying such as curved and radial and patterned brickwork.

Noticing cracks in my upstairs bay walls which gave me some concern, I contacted Adam Taylor McClean, who having investigated the problem invited a structural engineer to review the situation. He concurred that the problem was serious and major structural work was required, sooner rather than later, in order to stabilize the front of the building. Based on the structural engineer's report, Adam explained to me in great detail what was needed and work started almost immediately. My confidence in him was not misplaced. Throughout the process of the rebuild he kept me involved at all stages of how, when and where the work would be carried out. In my opinion all tasks were completed to an excellent standard. Adam even came on a Sunday morning to undertake the jet washing of the drive and completion of the tidying up of the site. Thank you so much. I would certainly recommend Adam and his team. Just be ready to provide copious cups of tea/coffee and maybe a box of Haribos!! Definitely, a five star review.

Bryan visited my house to assess the issue on the day that I posted the job on MyBuilder. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and put me at ease. He provided a price the following day, and was able to carry out the work the following week. The two operatives that attended to carry out the work were polite and thorough, and ensured the work was carried out to a high standard. They talked me through what they'd done and answered any questions I had. Finally they cleaned up and took all mess away with them. I would highly recommend Bryan and his team for any damp/building issues you have.
