Get in touchThe only reason I put 2 stars is because they needlessly capped off my gas on leaving, on a pressure reading drop of 2mbars over 2mins, which cost me another £150 to get uncapped by a different engineer - no extra work done as the cap didn't need to be applied in the first place. 2mbar drop is well within the normal threshold. Having a new meter, plumber told me up to 4-8mbar threshold. Had it confirmed by 2 other experienced plumbers who confirmed it did not need to be capped.
