The new front door leaked from the panels and letter box (yellow substance, presumably glue) leaving a stain on the white interior. Pools of water are left on the hall tiles which is particularly dangerous for my partner who is disabled. I sent photos, no response for over 2 weeks so when I made a follow up phone call I was told the suppliers were "dragging their feet" but had agreed the door was faulty and a replacement would be sent although this would take 2 - 4 weeks which I found suprising because the first one was ordered and delivered within a week. The last communication was 12th September and today, yet again, I've mopped up after the rain. I have a front door that is not fit for purpose and clearly I have to look elsewhere for a remedy, it remains to be seen whether the costs of replacement and fitting, by others, can be recovered. The floor tiles had to be re-set twice, not because they were trafficked too soon, but if that was the only issue I could live with that. In fairness, the standard of the build, schedule of work, minimal disruption etc. was very good. It is unfortunate that the most important aspect, a front door that keeps the heat in and the rain out, was not supplied.

Will came and looked at the job, we talked, some banter, my wife and I felt comfortable with him and bearing in mind Sam my wife would be in and around whilst I at work that was very important…a good start. We had the quote, happy with the cost and the plans after my very poor landscaping drawing and a date was penned in. 8am Will and able teammate Kev arrived to start the excavating to take out the grass and make good ahead of building brick circles to be surrounded with blue slate clippings and artificial grass in the centre of the circles plus extending the patio. 10 days or so later including working the bank holiday we have a lovely garden to be proud of. Both Will, Kev and digger driver John were polite, courteous and respectful of the property and in our opinion have done a cracking job… Needs arise in the future, only one phone call to be made in my opinion…top job guys
